The games end in the following results:

Udinese 0 – 1 AC Milan
Udinese and Milan faced each other at Dacia Arena at the weekend. The Zebrette did well to prevent Milan attackers from scoring in the first half of the match, but the Rossoneri eventually managed to break the deadlock. Udinese winger Bram Nuytinck was sent off in the fifth minute of the stoppage time, which was probably the main reason why Genaro Gattuso’s men broke the deadlock. Milan found the net in the 97th minute of the match, with Alessio Romagnoli curling the ball inside the right post from the edge of the box. Referee Marco Di Bello checked whether the goal can stand and seeing that there was no infringement, the goal was given. Taking everything into account, the Rossoneri’s win is well deserved and it has to be noted that the visitors had 15 goal attempts, from which 9 were on target.

90′ Alessio Romagnoli 0 – 1

Borussia Monchengladbach 3 – 0 Fortuna Dusseldorf
Despite failing to find the net in the first half of Sunday’s Bundesliga game against Fortuna Dusseldorf, Borussia M’gladbach eventually picked up three points from the match. Die Fohlen were struggling to break the deadlock in the first 45 minutes of the game, but three minutes into the second half they managed to find the net. The referee pointed to the stop after an away player handled the ball, with Thorgan Hazard scoring the opener for the hosts. To make things even better for Borussia M’gladbach fans, Jonas Hofmann doubled their lead after 67 minutes as he sent the ball into the bottom left corner from inside the box. The hosts put the game to bed 25 minutes later, with Thorgan Hazard scoring his second goal of the match. The Belgium international set up the final score of the match (3-0) and helped die Fohlen overtake Bayern Munchen in the second place in the Bundesliga standings.

48′ Thorgan Hazard 1 – 0
67′ Jonas Hofmann 2 – 0
82′ Thorgan Hazard 3 – 0

Chelsea 3 – 1 Crystal Palace
Chelsea and Crystal Palace faced each other at Stamford Bridge in the local derby on Sunday. The Blues adopted an attacked-minded approach in the London derby, which paid off after 32 minutes when Alvaro Morata found the net. The Spanish attacker connected with a pass inside the box and slammed home into the bottom right corner to make it 1-0. However, the Eagles started the second half in style, with Andros Townsend scoring the equalizer in the 53rd minute of the match. Chelsea, though, eventually picked up all three points from the local derby as they scored two goals in the range of five minutes. Alvaro Morata doubled the Blues’ lead after 65 minutes, with Pedro setting up the final score of the game five minutes later. Taking everything into account, Chelsea’s victory is well deserved as they had no less than 15 goal attempts during the match.

32′ Alvaro Morata 1 – 0
53′ Andros Townsend 1 – 1
65′ Alvaro Morata 2 – 1
70′ Pedro 3 – 1
