As expected, Arsenal extended their thrilling winning run in the Premier League, with the team rolling over their local rivals Fulham at Craven Cottage. The Gunners opened the scoring after 29 minutes, with Alexandre Lacazette smashing a low shot into the bottom left corner from inside the box. However, the Cottagers leveled the score on the stroke of half time, with Andre Schurrle finding the net with a beautiful chipped finish. Arsenal , though, dominated the game in the second half, with the team scoring the second goal of the match in the 49thminute. Alexandre Lacazette fired the ball into the bottom left corner from the edge of the box to make it 1:2. Fellow striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang then proved his worth, with the former Borussia Dortmund man scoring two goals in 12 minutes. To make thing even better for Unai Emery’s troops, Aaaron Ramsey put icing on the cake in the stoppage time to set up the final score of the match – 1:5.

29′ Alexandre Lacazette 0 – 1
44′ Andre Schurrle 1 – 1
49′ Alexandre Lacazette 1 -2
67′ Aaron Ramsey 1 – 3
79′ Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang 1 – 4
90′ Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang 1 – 5

Valladolid 1 – 0 Huesca
Real Valladolid are determined to secure the La Liga survival. The newcomers have been producing fine performances in the 2018/2019 season and thanks to a hard-fought win over Huesca they climbed to seventh place in the standings. La Pucela missed a good chance to break the deadlock after 24 minutes, but Duje Cop’s shot eventually went just over the crossbar. However, four minutes later, Real Valladolid opened the scoring, with Ruben Alcaraz taking the set piece from about 22 meters out and sending the ball inside the left post. What a cracker! Huesca then did their best to level things up, but they eventually failed to grab something from the match. La Pucela adopted a defence-minded approach in the second half of the match, with the team managing to defend their slim lead and record their third consecutive win in the Spanish elite division.

28′ Ruben Alcaraz 1 – 0
