Our prediction for this Bundesliga 2 match:
Hannover and Bochum, the two old rivals, face each other at HDI-Arena in what is expected to be a close midweek clash. Die Roten aim to bounce back from a 1-0 loss to Heidenheim where they failed to turn their dominance into goals. Hannover failed to find the net in the previous two home games in the 2. Bundesliga; therefore, we are unlikely to see goals galore at HDI-Arena. Bochum, on the other hand, aim to build on a 3-0 win over Paderborn.
Thomas Reis’ men aim to overtake Holstein Kiel in top position in the standings, but beating Hannover on the road is easier said than done. In their last encounter in the German second tier Hannover defeated Bochum 2-0, and yet another low-scoring affair is on the cards. A man to watch in the away team will be Robert Zulj, while Bochum defender should have Hendrik Weydandt at bay.
