Our prediction for this Bundesliga match:
Koln and Freiburg face each other at RheinEnergieStadion in the opening match of day 3 of the new Bundesliga campaign. Peter Stoger’s troops did well to play out a goalless draw with Wolfsburg in their first away game of the season and it has to be noted that they have yet to concede a goal in the 2016/2017 Bundesliga campaign. Koln aim to keep their third consecutive clean sheet in the national championship and seeing that their next rivals struggle on the travels, we predict that they are going to meet the goal. Freiburg managed to shock Borussia M’gladbach in Saturday’s football game at their Schwarzwald-Stadion, but as we have already mentioned, they are not considered good travelers and, taking everything into account, the hosts are likely to emerge triumphant in Friday’s clash. In their last meeting in Bundesliga a year ago Freiburg recorded a hard-fought 1-0 win over Koln.
