Our prediction for this Bundesliga match:
Since their defeat in the opening match of the season, Leipzig have recorded four victories and two draws to sit in the second place in the table at the moment, behind the leaders Borussia Dortmund who have three points more. Indeed, in their last ten matches in all competitions, they have only lost once. In this match, they are taking on FC Augsburg, who started off this year with a win over Fortuna but have only won once since then. In their last match, they lost to Borussia Dortmund 4:3. The game at the SGL Arena in Augsburg will be their seventh match against each other and Augsburg hold the advantage at the moment, having beaten Leipzig three times and drawn once out of six games played. Leipzig team are in really great form and it’s unlikely that Augsburg can spring a surprise and win, even if they are playing in front of the home crowd. Still, they might be able to hold them to a draw.
