Our football match prediction:
Buoyed by a come-from-behind win over Wolfsburg, Augsburg will take on Werder Bremen at their WWK Arena on Matchday 19. Manuel Baum’s troops are on the right track to secure yet another top flight survival, but they need to keep on improving their game if they are to avoid relegation to the German second tier. Augsburg recorded only one win in previous six home games in the league, but we predict that they will find the net against Werder Bremen, who struggle at the back. Die Werderaner produced a fine display in a 2-1 loss to Bayern Munich at the weekend and considering that the visitors managed to find the net in each of their last 17 league games, both teams are likely to score in Sunday’s football match. Augsburg recorded a 2-1 win over Werder Bremen in the reverse fixture and you should have in mind that 20 goals were netted in previous five meetings between the two teams in Bundesliga.
