Our prediction for this Bundesliga match:
There will be fireworks when Borussia Dortmund and Schalke 04 face each other at Signal-Iduna-Park in the Ruhr derby. Lucien Favre’s troops are eyeing their fifth consecutive win in the Bundesliga, and given die Knappen’s form in 2020, it is no wonder the hosts are seen as favourites to win the local derby. Experienced attacker Marco Reus remains in the recovery room, but youngsters Sancho and Haland are likely to make life difficult for the opposition defenders.
Sancho was rested in the 2-1 win over Borussia M’gladbach, but the England starlet is likely to start against Schalke 04. Die Knappen, on the other hand, failed to win the previous seven league fixtures, and given their shaky defence, we believe that there is a big value in betting on the title-chasing side. In their last meeting at Signal-Iduna-Park Schalke 04 emerged triumphant, meaning that Borussia Dortmund are hungry for revenge.
This game is postponed.
