Our football match prediction:
Borussia Dortmund will be aiming to make amends for an upsetting 3-2 loss to Leipzig when they face Eintracht Frankfurt at Commerzbank-Arena. The Millionaires, though, remained in top position in the Bundesliga standings, but they are only two points clear of their bitter rivals Bayern Munich. The game against Eintracht is of big importance for Borussia Dortmund and we predict that the league leaders are going to leave their hearts on the field. Die Adler did well to beat the likes of Stuttgart and Hannover in previous two league fixtures and they are brimming with confidence ahead of Saturday’s football game against Peter Bosz’s troops. Seeing that the visitors will be without important defender Sokratis in Saturday’s clash, there is every chance the two teams will share the spoils at Commerzbank-Arena. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored a brace against Leipzig and he will be the man to watch in the away team.
Highligted Player (Jetro Willems):
The youngest player ever to appear at a UEFA European Championship, Jetro Willems is a Dutch left back, who is fairly experienced and seasoned football player despite the fact he is only 22 years of age. Having burst at the professional scene with Sparta Rotterdam at 16, Jetro Willems is now an established senior left-back at PSV and a player who has amassed more than 170 club appearances. Willems is a strong player who represents a huge attacking potential out on the left for his club in addition to his confident and composed performances at the back which are still believed to be one of his weaker spots that still require upgrading. Talented player with exquisite technique and attacking traits, Jetro Willems is one of the hottest prospect in Dutch football. Since his Netherlands debut in 2012, Jetro WIllems has so far notched 21 appearances for the national team.
Highlighted Team (Borussia Dortmund):
1909 by eighteen footballers from Dortmund. Die Schwarzgelben (The Black and Yellows) play their home games at Signal Iduna Park, but the stadium’s original name is Westfalenstadion. The capacity of Borussia’s home ground is 81,539 and it has to be noted that the stadium was opened in 1974. BVB have the highest average attendance in the world of football. Borussia Dortmund have won eight Bundesliga trophies, while clinching the German Cup title three times. However, the club’s biggest success came in 1997 when they outplayed Juventus in the Champions League final. Karl-Heinz Riedle scored a brace for BVB in the 3-1 win over Juve, with Lars Ricken finding the net in the title game as well. Borussia’s biggest rivals are Schalke 04 and the two teams square off against each other in the Revierderby.
