Our prediction for this Bundesliga match:
Fortuna Dusseldorf, who return to Bundesliga following a five-year absence, will be looking to give fans some cheer when they host Augsburg at their ESPRIT arena in the opening match of the season. The newcomers were scoring goals for fun in pre-season and, to make things even better for the fans, they rolled over Koblenz 5-0 in their German Cup opener at the weekend. Fortuna are high on confidence ahead of Saturday’s football match, but they will have to prove their worth on the field. Augsburg, on the other hand, recorded a hard-fought 2-1 win over Steinbach in the German Cup, but seeing that they are not regarded as good travelers, we are tempted to put our money on the newly-promoted side. In their last meeting in the German top flight Augsburg recorded a 3-2 win over Fortuna Dusseldorf, meaning that the hosts are hungry for revenge.

Highlighted Player (Diego Contento):

Diego Contento is a German footballer of Italian descent. Contento, who was born in Munich on May 1, 1990, is well known for playing for Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich. The pacey left-back won three Bundesliga trophies with the Allianz Arena outfit and in 2013 he lifted the Champions League trophy with FCB. Bayern Munich defeated fellow Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund in the title game and that is considered the biggest success of Diego Contento’s career.
After playing 49 games in the German top flight for the Bavarians, the defender moved to Bordeaux in 2014 and he has been playing for les Girondins ever since. Contento has established himself as a first-team regular at Bordeaux and he made 25 appearances for the club in the 2016/2017 Ligue 1 campaign.
The former Bayern Munich footballer played for Germany at youth level and he has two caps for the U17 team, while making four appearances for the U20 squad. Diego Contento’s preferred foot is left and he wears the No 3 shirt.
Highlighted Team (Augsburg):

Augsburg are a German football club founded in Augsburg, Bavaria back in 1907. Die Fuggerstadter play in German Bundesliga and with 12,200 members they are regarded as the largest football club in Bavaria. Augsburg wear white shirts and they host their rivals at WWK ARENA.
The capacity of the stadium is 30,660 and it has been the home of Augsburg since 2009. Augsburg won the Schwaben Cup 13 times and it has to be noted that they were promoted to the Bundesliga for the first time in 2011.
The club qualified for the Europa League 2015/2016 group stages and thanks to a 3-1 win over Partizan in Belgrade they booked their place in the last 32. However, Liverpool proved to be a big catch for the German outfit in the Europa League knockout stages.
Die Fuggerstadter’s main rivals are TSV 1860 Munich and there have always been fireworks when the two teams take on each other.
