Our prediction for this Bundesliga match:
Merkur Spiel-Arena will host Saturday’s football match between Fortuna Dusseldorf and Paderborn, the two relegation-threatened teams. Fortuna Dusseldorf are undefeated in the previous three league fixtures, but their Bundesliga status is still in great danger. Seeing that the hosts will not have a better chance than this to return to winning ways in the national championship, they are likely to go all guns blazing at Paderborn.
Steffen Baumgart’s men, on the other hand, are on a four-game losing run in the Bundesliga, with the team conceding two plus goals in each of those encounters. Since Paderborn struggle on the travels, we believe that there is a big value in betting on the hosts. Paderborn defeated Fortuna Dusseldorf 2-0 at Benteler-Arena in the first half of the season, meaning that the hosts are hungry for revenge.
