Our football match prediction:
Freiburg will be aiming to put an end to their three-game losing run in Bundesliga when they square off against Mainz at their Schwarzwald-Stadion. Freiburg have been slipping down the standings week by week and, as a result, they sit in the relegation zone ahead of Saturday’s football match. The hosts are desperate to give fans something to cheer about and, no doubt, they would be happy with one point from the Schwarzwald-Stadion clash. Die Nullfunfer, on the other hand, are on a three-game unbeaten run in the German top flight and they did well to escape the danger zone. Anyhow, considering that Christian Streich’s troops are tough to beat at home, we predict that the two teams are going to share the spoils on Matchday 13. In their last meeting at Schwarzwald-Stadion Freiburg recorded a hard-fought 1-0 win over Mainz and yet another close encounter is on the cards.
