Our prediction for this Bundesliga match:
Mainz and Augsburg face each other at OPEL ARENA on day 3 of the new Bundesliga campaign. Mainz recorded a hard-fought 1-0 win over Stuttgart in their opener and they head into Saturday’s football math following a 1-1 draw with Nurnberg. Sandro Schwarz’s troops aim to give fans yet another reason for celebration, but the game against Augsburg will be anything but a walk in the park for the hosts. The Bavarians, on the other hand, did well to beat Fortuna Dusseldorf in their first away game of the season, which is surely giving fans a reason for optimism ahead of the trip to Mainz. A close encounter is on the cards and, taking everything into account, we believe that there is a big value in betting on draw. In their last meeting at OPEL ARENA Augsburg recorded a 3-1 win over Mainz.

Highlighted Player (Giulio Donati):

Giulio Donati was born in Pietrasanta, the Province of Lucca and he started his career at his home-town club Lucchese. In 2008 Inter scouts spotted him and he joined the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza outfit in July. He played for the Inter U20 team, but he did not make his Inter debut in Serie A.
After ending his loan spells with the likes of Lecce, Padova and Grosetto the Italian defender joined Bayer Leverkusen on 21 June, 2013, for a fee of €3 million. He made 23 league appearances for Bayer in the 2013/2014 Bundesliga campaign, but he played just 8 league matches for the club in the 2014/2015 season.
Speaking of his international career, Donati played three games for Italy U20 and he has 26 caps for the U21 team. On 25 January, 2016 he signed a contract with Mainz, which expires in 2019. Donati is a right back, but he is capable of playing as a left back and a right midfielder as well.
Highlighted Team (Augsburg):

Augsburg are a German football club founded in Augsburg, Bavaria back in 1907. Die Fuggerstadter play in German Bundesliga and with 12,200 members they are regarded as the largest football club in Bavaria. Augsburg wear white shirts and they host their rivals at WWK ARENA.
The capacity of the stadium is 30,660 and it has been the home of Augsburg since 2009. Augsburg won the Schwaben Cup 13 times and it has to be noted that they were promoted to the Bundesliga for the first time in 2011.
The club qualified for the Europa League 2015/2016 group stages and thanks to a 3-1 win over Partizan in Belgrade they booked their place in the last 32. However, Liverpool proved to be a big catch for the German outfit in the Europa League knockout stages.
Die Fuggerstadter’s main rivals are TSV 1860 Munich and there have always been fireworks when the two teams take on each other.
