Our football match prediction:
Hannover and Hamburger face each other at HDI-Arena in the opening match of day 4. Following back-to-back wins over the likes of Mainz and Schalke, the newcomers shared the spoils with Wolfsburg at the weekend, but, no doubt, they have been playing above expectations at the start of the season. A win over Hamburger could see Die Roten climb to top position in the Bundesliga standings and we predict that the hosts will adopt an attack-minded approach in Friday’s football match. Die Rothosen, on the other hand, suffered a 2-0 loss to Leipzig in their last league match and we would not be surprised if they return home empty handed from the trip to Hannover. A man to watch in the home team will be Austria international Martin Harnik, who has already netted two goals in the German top flight this season.
