Our football match prediction:
Leipzig will be aiming to bounce back from a heavy 4-0 loss to Hoffenheim when they face Mainz at their Red Bull Arena. The Red Bulls obviously struggle on the travels, but they are on a four-game winning run at home ground ahead of Saturday’s football match against Mainz. Ralph Hasenhuttl’s men are eager to stay in the race for the title and we predict the hosts will fight tooth and nail against die Nullfunfer. Mainz, on the other hand, head into the game following back-to-back losses to the likes of Freiburg and Augsburg and we do not believe they are capable of spoiling Leipzig’s party at Red Bull Arena. In each of their previous two meetings in the German top flight Leipzig defeated Mainz and the history is likely to repeat itself. A man to watch in the home team will be German rising star Timo Werner, who has netted seven goals in the German top flight so far this season.
