Our football match prediction:
Mercedes-Benz-Arena will host Saturday’s football game between Stuttgart and Mainz. Die Schwaben suffered a 2-0 loss to Hertha Berlin at Olympiastadion in their opener, but it is well known that the newcomers are not regarded as good travelers. Stuttgart are definitely capable of beating Mainz in front of home fans, but Hannes Wolf’s men will have to be at their sharpest on Saturday afternoon if they are to pick up all three points from the match. Mainz suffered a shocking 1-0 loss to newly-promoted side Hannover on the opening day of the season and, no doubt, they are desperate to grab something from the Stuttgart game. The two teams seem to be evenly matched at the moment and, taking everything into account, we predict that they are going to share the spoils at Mercedes-Benz-Arena. In two of their last four meetings in Bundesliga the two teams played out a draw.
