Our prediction for this Championship match:
Aston Villa were on the verge of suffering a loss to Brentford at their Villa Park on Wednesday evening, but Kodjia’s late goal eventually helped the Villans pick up one point from the match. Steve Bruce’s men remained unbeaten in the 2018/2019 season, but it has to be noted that they failed to win previous two league fixtures. Aston Villa are eager to return to winning ways and seeing that a win over Reading could see them climb to top two in the Championship standings, we predict the hosts are going to leave their hearts on the field in Saturday’s football match. A man to watch in the home team will be aforementioned attacker Kodjia, who scored a brace in the 2-2 draw with Brentford. The Royals, on the other hand, have yet to record a win in the English second tier this term, which is yet another reason why home win should be considered.

Highlighted Player (Henri Lansbury):

Henri Lansbury began his youth career at Norwich City, but he soon moved to Arsenal. Lansbury made his first-team debut for the Gunners on 31 October, 2007 in the League Cup win over Sheffield United. It has to be noted that he came from the bench and replaced Theo Walcott.
After spending three years on loan at Scunthorpe United, Watford, Norwich City and West Ham United, the 183-cm-tall midfielder signed a four-year deal with Nottingham Forest on 28 August, 2012. He has established himself as a first-team regular and he made 128 league appearances for the Reds before the start of the 2016/2017 Championship campaign.
Henri Lansbury has 21 caps for England U21 team and he used to play for England U16, U17 and U19 teams in the past as well. In September 2011, he produced his best performance for the U21 team in a thrilling 6-0 win over Azerbaijan. Lansbury scored a brace against Azerbaijan and provided two assists for his teammates back then.Highlighted Team (Reading):

The Royals used to play their home games at Elm Park in the past (1896 - 1998). Reading made it to the FA Cup semi-finals on two occasions (1927, 2015), but they have yet to win the prestigious trophy.
The likes of Robin Friday, Trevor Senior, Steve Death, Shaka Hislop, Phil Parkinson, Alf Messer, Jimmy Quinn, Michael Gilkes, Ronnie Blackman, Pavel Pogrebnyak and Martin Hicks are some of their more notable footballers. Aldershot Town were considered Reading’s fiercest rivals, but the Shots went out of business in 1992.
Seeing that Aldershot rejoined the league in 2008 it remains to be seen if the rivalry is going to be re-established in near future. Swindon Town and Oxford United are considered Reading’s big rivals as well.
