Our football match prediction:
Bristol City will be aiming to build on a 2-0 win over Fulham when they host Cardiff City at their Ashton Gate Stadium on day 16 of the new Championship campaign. The Robins sit in fourth position in the standings and they are eyeing their fourth consecutive win in all competitions. Bristol City have been impressive on the road of late, but it has to be noted that they failed to score in previous two home fixtures against Burton Albion (0-0) and Leeds United (0-3). Cardiff City, on the other hand, continue to impress in the 2017/2018 Championship campaign and they occupy second place in the table ahead of Saturday’s football match. The two teams seem to be evenly matched at the moment and we predict that they are going to share the spoils at Ashton Gate Stadium. You should know, though, that the Bluebirds are undefeated in previous five meetings with the Robins in the English second tier.
Highlighted Player (Aden Flint):
Born in Pinxton, England on July 11, 1989, Aden Flint began his youth career at his hometown club Pinxton. In 2008 he moved to Alfreton Town and he scored 45 goals in more than 100 appearances for the club. In 2011 he signed a contract with Swindon Town and, no doubt, that was a step up in his career. The 197-cm-tall defender played 64 games in the league for the Robins and in 2013 he signed for Bristol City for a fee of £300,000. Aden Flint made his debut on August 3, 2013 in a 2-2 draw with Bradford City. The centre-back scored his first goal for Bristol city on September 21 in a 3-2 loss to his former club Swindon Town. You should know that Flint was named Player of the Year for the 2015/2016 season. The Bristol City footballer has a contract with the club which expires on June 30,

Highlighted Team (Cardiff City):

Cardiff City are a Welsh football club that compete in the English second tier (Championship). In 2009 they moved from Ninian Park to Cardiff City Stadium, the venue that officially holds 33,280 spectators. The Bluebirds played their first ever Premier League match on 18 August, 2013, but they were beaten by West Ham United (0-2) on their debut in the English top flight. However, a week later Fraizer Campbell (two goals) and Aron Gunnarson helped Cardiff City record their first ever win in the Premier League. The Bluebirds outplayed Manchester City back then, but they eventually dropped to the Championship at the end of the season. Fellow Welsh outfit Swansea City are considered Cardiff’s fiercest rivals and the two teams take on each other in the South Wales derby. The colour of Cardiff City’s home kit is blue, whilst they wear red shirts and shorts when playing on the travels.
