Our prediction for this Championship match:
Portman Road Stadium will host Friday’s football game between Ipswich Town and West Bromwich Albion, the two teams who have totally different ambitions in the 2018/2019 season. The Tractor Boys aim to secure the Championship survival, but seeing that they have recorded only one win in the English second tier this season, that is easier said than done. Ipswich Town are stuck at the bottom of the Championship standings ahead of the visit of WBA and it is no surprise they are considered underdogs in the Portman Road clash. The Baggies, on the other hand, are determined to return to the Premier League and they are still in the race for a top-two finish. WBA proved their worth in a 4-1 win over Leeds United in their last league match and we predict that they are going to beat the rock-bottom side on Matchday 18.

Highlighted Player (Emyr Huws):

Llanelli-born Welsh midfielder Emyr Huws made his first football steps at Swansea City in 2004, before getting snapped by Manchester City five years later. Huws made a single appearance for the Citizens during his two-year stay with the first team whereas different loan spells – to Northampton Town, Birmingham City and Wigan Athletic failed to improve his status at the Etihad.
Long earmarked as a future star, Emyr Huws is still seen as a youngster with a genuine chance of making the grade even though numbers are not here to support such claim. Huws is a holding midfielder by trade, a player who likes to play deep and dictate the play from behind. His incisive passing make him a genuine asset and it was during his season-long spell at Huddersfield Town in 2015/16 that Wales international once again hit the spotlight.
He left Wigan in 2016 and then left for Ipswich the year after. Having gone through all ranks for Wales, Emyr Huws was given his senior debut in 2014.
