Our football match prediction:
Middlesbrough and Fulham take on each other at the Riverside Stadium in what is expected to be one of the more entertaining games of Saturday’s program. Middlesbrough are eager to return to the Premier League and the fact that they recorded four wins in previous five games in all competitions is giving fans a reason for optimism ahead of the visit of Fulham. The Boro did well to come from behind and beat in-form Preston at Deepdale Stadium in their last league match and they are surely capable of beating the Cottagers in front of home fans. The capital club produced a thrilling performance in a 4-1 win over Ipswich Town on Matchday 26 and it is more than obvious that they are determined to secure a top-six finish. There will be fireworks when Middlebrough and Fulham face each other in the Championship derby and we predict the two teams will play out a draw in their second meeting of the season.
Highlighted Player (Adama Traore):
After starting his youth career at Hospitalet, Adama Traore moved to Barcelona football academy La Masia in 2004. The pacey winger made a great progress during his spell with the Catalan giants and it has to be noted that he scored eight goals in 63 appearances for Barca B. Adama Traore made his debut for the first team against Granada (4-0) on November 23, 2013, replacing Brazilian superstar Neymar in the 83rd minute of the match. In the summer of 2015 he signed for Aston Villa for a fee of £7 million, but he made no more than 11 appearances in the Premier League for the Vilans. At the end of the 2015/2016 season he moved to fellow English club Middlesbrough and he made his debut for the Boro in a 2-1 defeat to Crystal Palace on September 10, 2016. Due to his dual citizenship, Adama Traore is eligible to represent Spain and Mali at senior level, but it has to be noted that he played for youth categories of La Roja.
Highlighted Team (Fulham):
Fulham are a club from London that play in the Championship. The capital club dropped to the English second tier at the end of the 2013/2014 Premier League campaign after failing to impress in the elite competition. Fulham were founded in 1879 and they play their home matches at Craven Cottage. Fulham are the oldest-established club from the English capital to have played in the top flight. Fulham finished the 2008/2009 Premier League campaign in seventh place in the standings and that is considered the team’s biggest success, speaking of their participation in the Premier League. The Cottagers played in the Europa League twice and they did well to reach the FA Cup final in 1975, but they were beaten by their local rivals West Ham United in the title game (0-2). Chelsea are regarded as Fulham’s bitter rivals as well and the two teams take on each other in the North London derby.
