Our prediction for this Championship match:
Millwall will be aiming to extend their winning run in all competitions to five games when they host Blackburn Rovers at the Den. The Lions are obviously determined to escape the danger zone and a win over Blackburn could see them move a little closer to the middle of the Championship table. The capital club showed character in a come-from-behind FA Cup win over Hull City, but beating the Riversiders is easier said than done. Blackburn Rovers proved their worth in a 2-1 win over promotion-chasing WBA in their last league match and seeing that they produced a fine display in a 1-1 draw with Newcastle United at St. James’ Park in the FA Cup at the weekend, we are positive that the visitors are going to grab something from the Den clash. In their last meeting in the Championship the two teams played out a goalless draw.
