Our prediction for this Championship match:
Buoyed by a 2-1 win over Wigan Athletic, Millwall take on Ipswich Town at the Den. The Lions are eyeing their third consecutive win at home and a victory over Ipswich will see them escape the danger zone. Millwall undisputedly produce much better performances at home than on the travels and seeing that the Tractor Boys made a slow start to the season, home win should be considered. Steve Morison found the net in the 2-1 win over Wigan and we predict that he is going to return to the starting XI against the Tractor Boys. As expected, Ipswich Town were beaten by Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds United in midweek and seeing that they suffered three losses in previous four league fixtures, we predict that the hosts are going to pick up all three points from Saturday’s football match. You should bear in mind, though, that Ipswich failed to beat Millwall in previous four meetings between the two teams in the Championship.

Highlighted Player (Jiri Skalak ):

After starting his professional career at Sparta Prague, Jiri Skalak played for the likes of Ruzemberok, Slovacko, Zbrojovka Brno and Mlada Boleslav on loan. In the summer of 2015 the Czech player signed a permanent deal with Mlada Boleslav where he established himself as a first-team regular.
However, the pacey winger did spend too much time at the Czech club as he joined English side Brighton in the winter of 2016. Jiri Skalak signed for the Seagulls for an undisclosed fee and it has to be noted that he score his first goal for the club in a 4-0 win over QPR on April 19, 2016. After spending two seasons at the Falmer Stadium, Jiri Skalak moved to fellow English club Millwall on August 2, 2018.
Born in Pardubice (Czechoslovakia) on March 12, 1992, Skalak represents Czech Republic on the international stage. The Millwall winger has 21 caps for the Czech Republic U21 team and he received his first call-up for the senior team on August 25, 2015 for the Euro 2016 qualifying matches against Latvia and Kazakhstan.
Highlighted Team (Ipswich Town):

Ipswich Town are an English football club that was formed in 1878. Portman Road has been the home ground of Ipswich Town since 1894 and the capacity of the venue, which was expanded in 2002, is 30,311. The Tractor Boys compete in the Championship, but they used to play in the English Premier League in the past as well. Ipswich Town last appeared in the elite division in the 2001/2002 season.
Ipswich won the FA Cup in 1978, with the team beating Arsenal (1-0) in the title game. However, the club’s biggest success came in 1981 when they outplayed AZ Alkmaar in the UEFA Cup final. It has to be noted that the Tractor Boys have yet to suffer a loss at home ground in the European competitions.
Norwich City are regarded as Ipswich Town’s bitterest rivals and it is well known that the two sides take on each other in the East Anglian derby.
