Our football match prediction:
Sheffield United have been producing terrific performances in the Championship this season. The Blades sit in the play-offs berth ahead of the trip to Nottingham and they did well to beat their local rivals Sheffield Wednesday in their last away game in the English second tier. Chris Wilder is doing a great job with the Bramall Lane outfit and there is every chance his men will adopt an attack-minded approach in Saturday’s football game against Nottingham Forest. The Reds experienced all sorts of problems at the back in a 3-1 loss to Fulham and seeing that they are on a four-game losing run in all competitions ahead of the visit of Sheffield United, home win should not be considered. Leon Clarke scored a brace for the Blades in the Steel City derby and all eyes will be on him when the two teams face each other at City Ground Stadium.
Highligted Player (Ben Osborn):
Ben Osborn is an English footballer who plays for Nottingham Forest as a midfielder. Osborn was born in Derby (England) on August 5, 1994 and he started his youth career at his hometown club Derby County. In 2003 he moved to Nottingham Forest and after spending ten years at their football academy Osborn made his first-team debut for the Reds. He made his debut on March 29, 2014 in a 1-1 draw with Ipswich Town and he has been playing for the City Ground Stadium outfit ever since. Ben Osborn has one cap for England U20 team and he played for England U19 and England U18 teams in the past as well. It has to be noted that the Nottingham Forest midfielder scored four goals, while providing seven assists for his teammates in the 2016/2017 Championship season. His main position is left midfield, but he is capable of playing as both central and attacking midfielder as well. Ben Osborn’s preferred foot is left.
Highlighted Team (Sheffield United):
Sheffield United are a professional football club that compete in the Championship. The Blades finished the 2016/2017 League One campaign in top position in the standings, with the team collecting exactly 100 points in the process. Sheffield United last competed in the Premier League in the 2006/2007 season and they were more than unfortunate not to secure the top flight survival. The Blades finished the season in 18th place in the process and it has to be noted that they were level on points with Wigaan Athletic, who managed to avoid the relegation to the English second tier. Sheffield United welcome their rivals at Bramal Lane, the stadium which was opened on April 30, 1855. The current capacity of the venue is 32.702.
