Our prediction for this Championship match:
Reading and Hull City, the two teams who were beaten by Norwich City and Wigan Athletic respectively in midweek, face each other at Madejski Stadium in what is expected to be a close encounter. Hull City are not regarded as good travelers and you should know that they suffered back-to-back defeats to the likes of Stoke City and Wigan Athletic in previous two away games in the league. Reading are on a four-match losing run at home in all competitions and, no doubt, they would be happy with one point from Saturday’s football game. The two teams seem to be evenly matched at the moment; therefore, we predict that they are going to share the spoils on day 9 of the new Championship campaign. It has to be noted that the two sides played out a goalless draw in their last meeting in the English second tier.

Highlighted Player (David Meyler):

David Meyler is a Hull City midfielder who began his youth career at College Corinthians. In 2008 he made his first-team debut with Cork City and later that year he joined Sunderland for a fee in the region of £250,000. Meyler didn’t quite managed to leave his mark at the Stadium of Light, making mere 25 appearances for the Black Cats.
On 8 January, 2013 he signed a permanent deal with Hull City and he has been playing for the KC Stadium outfit ever since. David Meyler is a central midfielder, but he is capable of playing as both right and left midfielder as well.
Speaking of his international career, the 190-cm-tall footballer was handed his Republic of Ireland debut on 11 September, 2012 in a 4-1 win over Oman at Craven Cottage. He earned five caps for the Republic of Ireland U21 team as well. David Meyler was born on 29 May, 1989 in Cork, Republic of Ireland.
Highlighted Team (Hull City):

Hull City are a professional football club that was founded back in 1904. The Tigers used to play their home games at Boothferry Park, but they moved to the KC Stadium in 2002. The stadium capacity is 24,450.
Hull impressed in the 2015/2016 Championship campaign and, as a result, they returned to the English Premier League. Hull City fans consider Leeds United their main rivals, but Sheffield United are regarded as Hull’s fierce rivals as well. Steve Bruce took over the reins at the club in 2012 and the experienced tactician helped the team book a place in the 2013/2014 FA Cup final, but Arsenal proved to be a big catch for the Tigers in the title decider.
Hull City finished the 2013/2014 Premier League campaign in 16th place in the standings to achieve their highest ever top flight finish. It has to be noted that Curtis Davies was named the team’s player of the year in the 2013/2014 season.
