Our prediction for this Championship match:
After suffering a heartbreaking 4-1 loss to Derby County, West Bromwich Albion will be looking to return to winning ways in the Championship when they host Blackburn Rovers at the Hawthorns. The Baggies suffered a dip in form, but a win over the Riversiders could see them regain their spot in top two. West Brom recorded five wins in previous six home games in the Championship and we predict that they are going to return to winning ways this weekend. Blackburn Rovers, on the other hand, have been struggling at the back on the travels and that is yet another reason why we are tempted to put our money on the hosts. You should bear in mind that the Riversiders suffered a 3-1 loss to Swansea City in their last league match played on Tuesday evening at Liberty Stadium.

Sam Johnstone is an English goalkeeper who plays for West Bromwich Albion in the Championship. Sam Johnstone was born in Preston on March 25, 1993, but he began his youth career at Manchester United. However, despite being a Manchester United player, Johnstone did not see any game action with the Red Devils at senior level.
After spending seven years on loan at Oldam Athletic, Scunthorpe United, Walsall, Yeovil Town, Doncaster Rovers, Preston and Aston Villa, Sam Johnstone signed a four-year contract with West Bromwich Albion for a fee of around £6.5 million. The 193-cm tall shot-stopper wears No. 1 jersey and he has already established himself as a first-team regular at the Hawthorns outfit.
Sam Johnstone represented England at youth level, playing for England U16, U17, U19 and U20 teams, but he has yet to make his debut with the senior team. Sam Johnstone’s preferred foot is right and his contract with West Bromwich Albion should expire on June 30, 2022.
