Our prediction for this Championship match:
All eyes will be on the Hawthorns when West Bromwich Albion and Leeds United face each other in the Championship derby. The Baggies are considered one of main favourites to secure promotion to the Premier League, but they have been totally out of form of late. WBA suffered three defeats in previous four league fixtures, meaning that the lack of confidence could prove to be a big problem for the hosts in Saturday’s football match. The Whites, on the other hand, have been producing splendid displays in the Championship ever since Argentine tactician AMarcelo Bielsa took over the reins and they totally deserve to sit in top position in the standings ahead of Matchday 17. However, beating WBA at the Hawthorns is easier said than done, so we predict that the two teams are going to share the spoils in the Championship derby.

Highlighted Player (Sam Johnstone):

Sam Johnstone is an English goalkeeper who plays for West Bromwich Albion in the Championship. Sam Johnstone was born in Preston on March 25, 1993, but he began his youth career at Manchester United. However, despite being a Manchester United player, Johnstone did not see any game action with the Red Devils at senior level.
After spending seven years on loan at Oldam Athletic, Scunthorpe United, Walsall, Yeovil Town, Doncaster Rovers, Preston and Aston Villa, Sam Johnstone signed a four-year contract with West Bromwich Albion for a fee of around £6.5 million. The 193-cm tall shot-stopper wears No. 1 jersey and he has already established himself as a first-team regular at the Hawthorns outfit.
Sam Johnstone represented England at youth level, playing for England U16, U17, U19 and U20 teams, but he has yet to make his debut with the senior team. Sam Johnstone’s preferred foot is right and his contract with West Bromwich Albion should expire on June 30, 2022.
Highlighted Team (Leeds United):

Leeds United is one of the clubs that won the FA Cup. The Whites outplayed Arsenal in the final of the prestigious competition back in 1972, but they clinched the League Cup trophy as well. Leeds United faced the Gunners in the 1967/1968 League Cup final and it has to be noted that Terry Cooper scored the winner for the Whites.
Leeds play their home games at Elland Road and the capacity of the stadium is 37,914. The club was founded in 1919 and they have won three First Division (Premier League) trophies ever since (1968/1969, 1973/1974, 1991/1992). Leeds United made it to the Champions League final in 1975, but they were beaten by Bayern Munich in the title clash.
The Whites were impressive under David O’Leary. The likes of Jonathan Woodgate, Lee Bowyer, Harry Kewell, Mark Viduka and Ian Harte were part of the Elland Road outfit back then and they did well to reach the semis of the Champions League in 2001.
