Our prediction for this Champions League match:
All eyes will be on Anfield when Liverpool and Napoli face each other in the Group C derby. Liverpool need to record a big win over Napoli if they are to make it to the Champions League knockout stages, but that is easier said than done. The Reds head into Tuesday’s football game following a thrilling 4-0 win over Bournemouth where Mohamed Salah scored a hat-trick. The Egypt attacker is likely to pose a big threat for Napoli defenders and seeing that Sadio Mane returns to the starting line-up as well, home win should be considered. Carlo Ancelotti’s troops are likely to adopt a defence-minded approach in the return leg, but we do not believe that they are capable of preventing Liverpool attackers from scoring at Anfield. You should bear in mind that the Premier League side are after their fifth consecutive win at home in the elite competition.
