Our prediction for this Champions League match:
Juventus will be looking to retain the top position in Group D when they take on Lokomotiv Moscow at RZD Arena on Wednesday evening. The Bianconeri recorded a hard-fought 2-1 win over the Russian side in Turin, but it has to be noted that they missed a number of clear-cut opportunities to score. Juve aim to get their job done in the group stages of the Champions League as soon as possible, and we predict that the Italian giants will fight tooth and nail against Lokomotiv.
The hosts are likely to adopt a defence-minded approach in Wednesday’s football match, but preventing expensive Juve attackers from scoring is easier said than done. As always, a man to keep an eye on in the away team will be Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, who has netted 127 goals in the Champions League in his career.
Highlighted Player (Eder):

Eder is a Portuguese footballer who helped A Seleccao win their first ever major title as he scored a late goal against France in the 2016 European Championship final. Eder was born on December 22, 1987 in Bissau, Guinea-Bissau, but he eventually decided to represent Portugal on the international stage and, no doubt, that proved to be the best decision of his life.
Speaking of his club career, the 190-cm-tall attacker played for the youth team of ADC Ademia from 1999 to 2006 and in 2006 he moved to Oliveira Hospital. He player for the likes of Tourizense, Academica and Braga in Portugal as well before joining Swansea City in the summer of 2015.
Eder made his Premier League debut on August 8, 2015 in a 2-2 draw with Chelsea, but it has to be noted that he failed to find the net for the Swans in the English top flight. After failing to impress at Swansea City, Eder joined Lille on loan in the 2016 January transfer window and four months later he signed a permanent deal with les Dogues.
Highlighted Team (Juventus):

Juventus are considered one of the greatest European football clubs. The Bianconeri (The White and Blacks) have won two Champions League trophies (1985, 1996) and they did well to clinch three UEFA Cup titles (1977, 1990, 1993). The Italian giants have won 32 Serie A trophies and it is well known that a number of star players were part of Juve in the past.
The likes of Alessandro Del Piero, Zinedine Zidane, Michel Platini, Lilian Thuram, Filippo Inzaghi, Pavel Nedved and David Trezeguet all played for Juventus, whilst legendary goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon has yet to retire. Juve were stripped two domestic trophies during the “Calciopoli” scandal, but despite being relegated to Serie B, the club quickly brought glory days back to Turin. The Bianconeri used to play their home games at Stadio delle Alpi, but nowadays they welcome their rivals at Juventus Stadium.
The capacity of the stadium is 41,475. La Vechhia Signora (The Old Lady) is yet another nickname of the club. Juve’s biggest rivals are Torino and the two local rivals take on each other in the Turin derby.
