Our prediction for this Champions League match:
Sheriff play host to Shkendija at Bolshaja Sportivnaja Arena in Tiraspol in the second leg of the Champions League second qualifying round. Shkendija recorded a hard-fought 1-0 win over Sheriff in the first leg and the Macedonian side are now on a quest to defend their slim lead. The visitors will give 100% in order to keep a clean sheet in Tuesday’s football match, but preventing Sheriff attackers from scoring in Tiraspol is easier said than done. The Moldavian champions have always been playing well in front of home fans, which is probably the main reason why home win should be considered. A man to watch in the home team will be Al-Hadji Kamara, who has netted eight goals in the national championship so far this season. It has to be noted that Sheriff managed to keep a clean sheet in four of their last five home games in the Champions League.
Highlighted Player (Veaceslav Posmac):

Veaceslav Posmac is a Moldavian footballer who was born in Chisinau on November 7, 1990. The right-footed defender currently plays for Sheriff Tiraspol as a centre-back, but he started his senior career at Stantul Gheorghe. It has to be noted that he played for his home-town club Dacia Chisinau from 2012 to 2017.
Veaceslav Posmac made his Sheriff debut on July 9, 2017 in a 5-0 win over Zaria and he did remarkably well to score on his debut. The 188-cm tall defender plays for Moldova as well and he made his debut for the national team in a 2-1 win over Kyrgyzstan on June 14, 2013.
Veaceslav Posmac scored his first ever goal for Moldova on January 15, 2014in a 2-1 loss to Norway. The Moldavian defender is very good in the air and despite the fact that his main position is centre-back he often scores goals after set-pieces. Veaceslav Posmac wears No. 90 on his shirt.
Highlighted Team (Sheriff Tiraspol):

Sheriff Tiraspol or simply Sheriff are the most successful Moldavian club. The club was founded in 1997 four years later (2000/2001) they won their first Moldovan National Division trophy. Over the years Sheriff Tiraspol have established themselves as the dominant force in the Moldovan football and you should that they won their 15th domestic trophy in the 2016/2017 season.
Sheriff were level on points with Dacia Chisinau, but thanks to a better goal difference Roberto Bordin’s men won the national championship. The Moldovan champions wear yellow shirts and yellow shorts when playing at home, whilst the colour of their away kits is black. Sheriff Tiraspol host their opponents at Sheriff Stadium in Tiraspol and the venue can hold 12.746 people.
By beating the likes of Dinamo Tirana and Dinamo Zagreb the Moldovan club did well to make it to the Champions League play-off round in the 2010/2011 season, but Basel eventually proved to be a big catch for them.
