Our prediction for this Copa del Rey match:
A place in the last 16 of Spanish Copa del Rey will be at stake when Athletic Club and Huesca face each other at San Mames Barria on Wednesday evening. The Lions produced a fine display in their last league match against Getafe, but the two teams eventually shared the spoils in the Basque Country at the weekend. The Lions recorded their last win in La Liga back in August, 20, meaning that they will fight tooth and nail in the Copa del Rey clash against Huesca. Francisco’s men are stuck at the bottom of the La Liga standings and seeing that this game is of big importance for the hosts, we predict that they are going to emerge triumphant in Wednesday’s football game. It has to be noted that the two teams meet for the first time ever in the Spanish Cup.
