Our prediction for this Copa del Rey match:
Estadio Principe Felipe will host Sunday’s Copa del Rey game between Cacereno and Eibar. Cacereno set up a meeting with Eibar by beating Alcorcon 1-0 in front of home fans, but they face an uphill task in round 2. Julio Cobos’ men are fully focused on the Tercera Division where they lead the standings ahead of Matchday 20. Therefore, we do not believe that home win should be considered.
Los Armeros, on the other hand, aim to bounce back from the La Liga defeat to Valencia. Even though Eibar are not regarded as good travellers, away win should be considered as Jose Luis Mendillibar’s troops are eager to return to winning ways. The clubs from the Basque Country always give 100% in the Copa del Rey, which is yet another reason why we are tempted to put our money on the La Liga outfit this time out.
