Our prediction for this Copa del Rey match:
Las Palmas and Valencia, the two La Liga sides, face each other at Estadio de Gran Canaria in the Copa del Rey last 16, first leg. Las Palmas have been struggling in La Liga this season and their top flight status is in great danger. Los Amarillos, though, did well to eliminate Deportivo La Coruna in the Copa del Rey last 32 and that is surely giving fans a reason for optimism ahead of the double-header against Valencia. Los Che, on the other hand, are determined to book their place in the Champions League and they sit in third place in the La Liga standings ahead of Wednesday’s football match. Valencia are more of a team than Las Palmas, but considering that los Amarillos are tough to beat at home, we predict the two teams are going to play out a draw in the first leg.
