Our football match prediction:
Leganes will be looking to bounce back from a 2-0 loss to Levante when they take on Rayo Vallecano in the local derby in the Spanish Copa del Rey last 32. Leganes do not seem to be on top of their game at the moment , but seeing that they defeated the likes of Barcelona and Rayo Vallecano in previous two home games in La Liga, the hosts are definitely capable of making it to the Spanish Cup last 16. Los Vallecanos, on the other hand, do not seem to be competitive in the Spanish top flight this season and seeing that they are on a seven-game winless run in the league, we are tempted to put our money on the hosts. In their last meeting at Estadio Municipal de Butarque Leganes recorded a hard-fought 1-0 win over Rayo Vallecano and the history is likely to repeat itself.
