Our football match prediction:
Stadio Atleti Azzurri d’Italia will host Wednesday’s football match between Atalanta and Sassuolo. Atalanta have been having their ups and downs in the Serie A this season and they are still playing on three fronts. The Orobici are a real force to be reckoned with at home and it has to be noted that they emerged triumphant in each of their previous nine home games in Coppa Italia. Atalanta have been producing fine performances at home ground in the Serie A as well and, taking everything into account, it is no surprise they are seen as hot favourites to win Wednesday’s clash. The Neroverdi, on the other hand, sit in the danger zone in the Serie A standings ahead of the trip to Bergamo, but they have been showing signs of improvement of late. Sassuolo have defeated the likes of Spezia and Bari on their way to the Italian Cup last 16, but beating the Orobici on the road is easier said than done.
