Our prediction for this Coupe de France match:
Metz and Orleans, the two Ligue 2 sides, face each other at Stade Saint-Symphorien in the French Cup last 16. Metz did remarkably well to outplay Monaco at Stade Louis II in the last 32 and it is no surprise they are considered favourites to win Tuesday’s football game. Les Grenats are on the right track to secure automatic promotion to the Premier League and seeing that they are a real force to be reckoned with at home, we believe that there is a big value in betting on the Stade Saint-Symphorien outfit. Orleans, on the other hand, are not enjoying a season to remember as they occupy 12th position in the Ligue 2 standings. The Yellows have eliminated the likes of AG Caennaise, Cheminots Paray, Aiglon and Bergerac on their way to the last 16, but they will have a much bigger fish to fry against Metz.
Highlighted Player (Alexandre Oukidja):

Alexandre Oukidja is a French goalkeeper who began his professional career at Gueugnon. Nonetheless, he made no more than 1 appearance for the club and in 2006 he signed a contract with Ligue 1 club Lille. The shoot-stopper, who was born in Nevers (France) on July 19, 1988, though, did not make his first-team debut for les Dogues and it has to be noted that he played 84 games for Lille B.
After ending his loan spells with Aviron Bayonnais and Royal Mouscron-Peruwelz respectively, Alexandre Oukidja joined Strasbourg in 2014 and, no doubt, he helped the club secure promotion to the French elite division at the end of the 2016/2017 season.
Oukidja made no less than 12 clean sheets for le Racing in the 2016/2017 Ligue 2 campaign and it is more than obvious that he has established himself as a first-choice shoot-stopper at the club. It has to be noted that his contract with Strasbourg expires on June 30, 2018.
Highlighted Team (Metz):

Thanks to amalgamation of two amateur clubs Metz were founded in 1932 and soon they became a professional team. Les Grenats are one of the oldest professional teams in France, but they have yet to win the Ligue 1 trophy. Metz finished the 1997/1998 season in second place in the standings and it has to be noted that they were level on points with champions Lens (worse goal difference).
However, les Grenats won Coupe de France on two occasions (1983/1984, 1987/1988), with the team beating Monaco and Sochaux respectively in the title games. Emmanuel Adebayor is considered one of the most famous players who whore Metz jersey and you should know that the Togolese attacker scored 15 goals in 44 appearances in the league for the club.
Metz play their home games at Stade Saint-Symphorien, the venue which was opened back in September, 1923. Les Grenats wear red shirts and white shorts when playing at home, whilst the colour of their away kits is white.
