Our prediction for this Premier League match:
Crystal Palace made a giant step towards the Premiership survival as they ended a 14-match winless run in the league to defeat relegation rivals Norwich City, and they now sit huge 10 points above the bottom three with just six games to go. And while the Eagles have failed to justify pre-season predictions, they will be happy to have secured another season of top-flight football after largely struggling for form in the second part of the season. Alan Pardew’s charges will be up against the equally disappointing Everton in midweek, with the Toffees sitting just two points in front after failing to win any of their previous four league fixtures. The 1-1 draw with Watford did see Roberto Martinez’s side end a three-game losing streak, but they could find it hard to match the revived Crystal Palace at their Selhurst Park in the rearranged match.
