Our prediction for this Czech First League match:
Karvina will be aiming to make amends for back-to-back defeats to the likes of Sparta Prague and Slovacko when they take on Ceske Budejovice at Mestsky Stadion. Karvina have been struggling in the Czech Liga ever since they restarted the season, and, as a result, they will have to take part in the relegation round. The hosts are fighting hard to secure yet another elite divison survival, but that is easier said than done.
It has to be noted that midfielder Vojtech Smrz misses the Ceske Budejovice game with injury. The visitors, on the other hand, desperately needed a win against Sigma Olomuc, and they managed to get one. Ceske Budejovice did well to keep their championship round hopes alive, and given Karvina’s current form, we believe that punters should back away team this time out. Patrik Cavos, who scored his third goal of the season against Sigma, will be one of the men to watch in the away team.
