Our prediction for this Czech First League match:
Mlada Boleslav will be looking to bounce back from a heavy 7-1 loss to Viktoria Plzen when they take on Zlin on Matchday 27. Mlada Boleslav experienced all sorts of problems at the back in their first league match after the coronavirus football break, with the team dropping to 8th position in the standings. Jozef Weber’s charges failed to find the net in the previous two home games in the national championship, but they are still seen as favourites to win the midweek fixture.
It has to be noted that the number of spectators will be limited due to the fierce of coronavirus spread. Zlin, on the other hand, are fighting hard to avoid relegation to the Czech second tier. The Cobblers showed character in a 1-1 draw with Banik Ostrava as they scored the winner in the stoppage time, and given current atmosphere in Mlada Boleslav’s dressing room, share of spoils is on the cards.
