Our prediction for this Czech First League match:
Slovacko and Bohemians, the two mid-table sides, face each other at Mestsky fotbalovy stadion in what is expected to be a close encounter. Slovacko are only one point behind the championship round berth, meaning that this has to go down as a must-win game for them. It has to be noted, though, that first-choice goalkeeper Matous Trmal is likely to miss the match after picking up a knock in a 1-1 draw with Opava.
Bohemians, on the other hand, failed to impress in a 1-0 loss to Sparta Prague, and given the importance of Wednesday’s clash for the hosts, we predict that the visiting team will return to Prague empty-handed. Slovacko and Bohemians shared the spoils in each of their last three meetings in the Czech Liga, but we are tempted to put our money on the hosts this time out as they want this win more than the visitors.
