Our prediction for this Czech First League match:
All eyes will be on Generali Arena when Sparta Prague and Viktoria Plzen face each other in a highly-anticipated clash on Wednesday evening. Sparta Prague have been in Slavia Prague’s shadow in recent years, and they are unlikely to regain the domestic trophy in the 2020 season. The capital club are eyeing a place in the championship playoffs, and, no doubt, they will go all guns blazing at Viktoria Plzen.
The visitors, on the other hand, are still in the race for the title, and they are likely to go for a win in the Generali Arena showdown. Considering that there will be no spectators at the venue, away win should definitely be considered. When the two clubs met in the first half of the season Viktoria Plzen defeated Slavia Prague 1-0, with Michael Krmencik scoring the only goal of the game.
