Our prediction for this DFB Pokal match:
After suffering a heart-breaking 4-2 loss to Bayern Munchen in the Bundesliga derby, Bayer Leverkusen will be aiming to book their place in the DFB Pokal final with a win over Saarbrucken at Hermann-Neuberger-Stadion. Peter Bosz’s charges set up a meeting with the Regionalliga club by beating the likes of Aachen, Paderborn, Stuttgart, and Union Berlin, and they are seen as favourites to win Tuesday’s football match as well.
Key attacker Kai Havertz is rated doubtful for the game, but regardless of which players will be deployed in the starting XI, away win should be considered. Saarbrucken, on the other hand, have not been in action since March 17 as Regionalliga is cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic. The fourth-tier club face an uphill task in the German Cup semis, and we do not believe that they are going to claim a major scalp this time out.
