Our prediction for this EFL Cup match:
Bournemouth will be looking to bounce back from a heavy 4-0 loss to Burnley when they host Blackburn Rovers at their Vitality Stadium in the 3rd round of the EFL Cup. The Cherries undisputedly produce much better showings at home than on the travels and that is the main reason why they are seen as favourites to win Tuesday’s football game. A man to watch in the home team will be experienced attacker Callum Wilson, who is likely to prove a handful for the opposition defenders. Blackburn, on the other hand, have been having their ups and downs in the Championship this season, but the fans should be happy with the way the Riversiders started the season. Anyhow, they face an uphill task in the EFL Cup clash against Bournemouth and we predict that the visitors are going to return home empty-handed.
