Finland
After suffering a shocking 4-2 loss in Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina have no other choice but to go all guns blazing at Finland in Saturday’s Euro 2020 qualifier. The Bosnians have been playing below expectations in the qualifiers for the European Championship and, as a result, they sit in 4th place in Group J, five points behind second-placed Finland.
The Balkan Dragons are likely to fight tooth and nail against Finland and we predict that they are going to pick up vital three points from Saturday’s showdown at Stadion Bilino Polje. As always, a man to watch in the home team will be experienced attacker Edin Dzeko, who has netted 3 goals in the qualifiers to date. The Finns are on the right track to secure a top-two finish, but seeing that the Bosnians want this win more, home win should be considered.
Highlighted Player (Haris Medunjanin):
After spending four seasons at AZ Alkmaar, Haris Medunjanin joined Spanish side Valladolid and he appeared in 42 league games for Pucela. The Bosnian midfielder played for the likes of Sparta Rotterdam, Maccabi Tel Aviv and Gaziantepspor in the past as well and in 2014 he returned to Spain, signing a contract with La Liga side Deportivo La Coruna.
Medunjanin scored two goals in 24 league appearances for the Galician outfit and in 2016 he joined his former club Maccabi Tel Aviv on a one-and-a-half-year deal. The left-footed footballer, who was born on March 8, 1985 won two European Championship titles with Netherlands U-21 team (2006, 2007), but he decided to represent Bosnian and Herzegovina on senior level.
He made his first start for the Balkan Dragons in a 1-0 loss to Portugal in the 2010 FIFA World Cup play-off match. Haris Medunjanin currently plays for Philadelphia Union and his contract with the MLS club expires on January 31, 2017.

Finland national football team played their first international game before the World War 1. The Finns were beaten by fellow Nordic side Sweden (2-5) on October 22, 1911, but eleven years later they recorded their biggest ever win on the international stage.
Finland outclassed Estonia 10-2 in Helsinki and, speaking of their heaviest defeat, the team suffered a 13-0 loss to Germany in Leipzig during the World War II (1940). Finland national team became a member of FIFA back in 1908, but they have yet to qualify for the finals of the major tournament. The Finns did not participate in the European Championship finals as well, but several top-class footballers were part of their national football team in the past.
Former Liverpool ace Jari Litmanen scored 32 goals in 137 appearances for Finland and Sami Hyypia is yet another notable footballer who played for the Eagle-owls. The colour of Finland’s home kits is white, while they play their away games in blue shirts and blue shorts.
