Our prediction for this Europa League match:
Cypriot giants AEK Larnaca have really impressed so far this season, performing quite well in warm-up games before they continued the rich vein of form in competitive games. The 4-0 and 7-0 aggregate wins over Dundalk and Sturm Graz gave the team even more confidence ahead of the Europa League play-offs, and they did well to hold Trencin to 1-1 draw in the first leg. Slovakian side, too, have been in fine form of late, pulling off a major upset to eliminate Feyenoord in the third qualifying round, having previously defeated Buducnost and Gornik Zabrze. The visitors had another memorable weekend as they came from three goals down to earn a 3-3 draw with Slovan Bratislava, but they could be feeling the ill-effects of said game and we, therefore, believe that backing AEK Larnaca to enjoy a narrow win is a decent football prediction.
Highlighted Player (Nacho Cases):
After making 71 appearances for Sporting B between 2005 and 2011, Nacho Cases started playing for the first team on 9 January 2011, making his debut in a 1-1 draw with Racing Santander. The Spanish footballer plays as a midfielder and he was born on 22 December, 1987 in Gijon.
He played probably the best match of his career against Real Madrid at Estadio Santiago Bernabeu on 2 April, 2011 as he provided an assist for Miguel de las Cuevas, who scored the winner ten minutes before the end (1-0). Nacho Cases used to play for the like of Codema and Revillagigedo during his youth career, but he played for his current club as a boy as well.
Cases was with his family in Paris during terror attacks in November 2011 and the Spanish embassy helped him return to his homeland. The midfielder scored one goal in 24 league appearances for Sporting Gijon in the 2015/2016 La Liga campaign.
