Our football match prediction:
Buoyed by a 3-0 win over Twente, Ajax welcome Copenhagen at their Amsterdam Arena in the second leg of the Europa League last 16. The Amsterdammers aim to overcome a one-goal deficit in the tie against the Danish outfit, but they will have to prove their worth on the field. Ajax have been impressive at home ground this season and you should know that they are eyeing their sixth consecutive win in front of home fans in all competitions. Andreas Cornelius helped Copenhagen defeat Ajax (2-1) in the first leg, but the Danes face an uphill task in Thursday’s football match against Peter Bosz’s troops. Copenhagen’s displays on the road in European competitions leave a lot to be desired and that is the main reason why we predict the Eredivisie outfit will book their place in the Europa League quarter-finals. Kasper Dolberg scored a brace for the Amsterdammers against Twente at the weekend and he is likely to prove a handful for the opposition back-line.
Highlighted Player (Bertrand Traore):
Bertrand Traore is a pacey left-footed winger who plays for Ajax on loan from Chelsea. The Burkina Faso footballers scored 17 goals in 48 league appearances for Vitesse before joining Ajax on 12 August, 2016. Traore made his Ajax debut in a 2-2 draw with Roda, coming as a substitute in the second half of the game. He made his Champions League debut for the Amsterdammers against Rostov on August, 2016. Bertrand, though, is still a Chelsea player and his contract with the Stamford Bridge outfit expires on 30 June, 2019. Traore a winger, but he is capable of playing as a centre forward as well. The Burkina Faso footballer was born on 6 September, 1995 and he made his debut for the Burkina Faso national team on 3 September, 2011 in a friendly game against Equatorial Guinea. The same year he won the African U17 Championship with Burkina Faso as the Stallions defeated Rwanda in the final of the tournament.

Highlighted Team (FC Copenhagen):

The most successful club in the history of Danish football F.C. Kopenhagen was founded in 1992, through the merger of 15-time Danish champions Kjobenhavns Boldklub and seven-time champions of Denmark Boldklubben 1903. Football Club Copenhagen play their matches at the Telia Parken, a venue that can host 38,000 spectators. The Team of the City as Copenhagen is called in Denmark has won the Danish football championship eleven times, while it has also won the Danish Cup on seven occasions. The club forms great rivalry with Copenhagen’s suburban club Brondby IF with games between the two club attracting some of the biggest crowds in Danish football history in this so called New Firm derby. Through its history F.C. Copenhagen have participated in the UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Champions League, while their major European accomplishments have been achieved in the Royal League, with the Danish powerhouse winning two titles and coming as runners-up on one occasion.
