Our football match prediction:
Considering that Botev and Beitar played out a 1-1 draw in Jerusalem in the Europa League second qualifying round, first leg, a close encounter appears on the cards at Stadion Lazur in Burgas. Botev did well to score an away goal in the first leg, but the Bulgarians will have to be at their sharpest in Thursday’s football match against Beitar if they are to make it to the round 3. The Israelis, on the other hand, need to score in the second leg if they are to keep their hopes of booking their place in the third qualifying round, meaning that the hosts should have a number of opportunities to find the net on the break. Botev recorded a win in each of their last three home games in the Europa League and that is probably the main reason why we predict the Bulgarian team will emerge triumphant in Thursday’s clash.
