Our football match prediction:
Hajduk Split kick off their Europa League qualifying campaign with a match against Levski Sofia. The Whites finished the 2016/2017 HNL campaign in third place in the standings, 19 points behind champions Rijeka and it has to be noted that they won their last domestic trophy back in 2005. Hajduk welcome their rivals at Stadion Poljud, but you should bear in mind that Thursday’s football match will be played at Stadion Hrvatski vitezovi in Dugopolje. Levski Sofia outplayed Sutjeska of Montenegro in the Europa League first qualifying round, but a close encounter appears on the cards this time out. The two teams seem to be evenly matched at the moment and we predict that they are going to play out a draw in the first leg. Hajduk are on a three-game winning run at home in the Europa League, but, as previously mentioned, Thursday’s match will be played on a neutral location.
