Our prediction for this Europa League match:
Qarabag play host to star-studded La Liga side Sevilla at their Tofiq Behramov adina Respublika stadionu in their Europa League opener. The Azerbaijan champions failed to impress in the Europa League play-offs, but thanks to a hard-fought 2-1 win over Linfield they eventually booked their place in the group stages of the European competition. Qarabag face an uphill task in Thursday’s football match and seeing that they experienced all sorts of problems at the back in the double-header against the Northern Ireland outfit, home win should not be considered.
Los Sevillanos, on the other hand, have been producing fine performances in the Spanish top flight at the start of the season and seeing that the club chiefs did well to reinforce the squad in the summer transfer window, we are tempted to put our money on the Spaniards, who are eyeing their sixth Europa League trophy.
