Our football match prediction:
Luminus Arena will host the match between Genk and Athletic Bilbao. Following a 3-2 loss to Rapid Wien in their opener, Genk outplayed Sassuolo 3-1 in front of home fans and thanks to the triumph the Belgian outfit stayed in the race for a place in the Europa League last 32. Peter Maes’ men are tough to beat at home and that is giving fans a reason for optimism ahead of the visit of Athletic Bilbao. The Basques recorded a very important 1-0 win over Rapid Wien in their second group game and the Lions will be looking to build on a 3-2 win over Real Sociedad in the Basque derby when they square off against Genk at Luminus Arena on Thursday evening. Coach Ernesto Valverde is likely to field the best possible side in Thursday’s football match and we predict that the Basques are going to record their second win in Group F.
