Our prediction for this Europa League match:
Thanks to a hard-fought 1-0 over Cluj Lazio managed to keep their hopes of advancing to the Europa League last 32 alive. The Biancocelesti face a must-win situation in their last group game, but they do not have a destiny in their own hands. The Serie A side, though, should mind their own business, and we are positive that they will go all-out attack against Rennes.
Seeing that the Ligue 1 outfit, who have collected only one point from possible 15 in Group E, have nothing to play in Thursday’s clash, away win should be considered. A man to keep an eye on in the away team will be Italian attacker Ciro Immobile, who has been scoring goals for fun this season. Lazio are surely brimming with confidence ahead of the trip to France as they came from behind to beat Italian giants Juventus 3-1 in their last league match.

Lazio Roma are an Italian football club based in Rome. Lazio were founded in 1900 and they compete in the Serie A. The Biancocelesti (The White and Sky Blues) have won two Serie A trophies (1973/1974, 1999/2000), while lifting six Coppa Italia titles.
The capital club play their home games at Stadio Olimpico and Roma are regarded as Lazio’s main rivals.
The two teams face each other in the Derby della Capitale and it is considered the fiercest inter-city derby in Italy. Lazio won UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup in 1999, with the team beating Mallorca in the title game. The same year they managed to clinch the UEFA Super Cup trophy as they outplayed English giants Manchester United at Stade Louis II, Monaco.
