Our prediction for this FIFA Club World Cup match:
Al Sadd and ES Tunis face each other at Khalifa International Stadium in the FIFA Club World Cup 5th place play-off. Al Sadd have been playing below expectations at the showpiece tournament. Following a hard-fought 3-1 win over Hienghene Sport where they scored two goals in the extra-time, Xavi’s men were beaten by Monterrey in the quarter-finals.
Al Sadd footballers are low on confidence ahead of Tuesday’s game against ES Tunis; therefore, home win should not be considered. The CAF Champions League winners, on the other hand, suffered a 1-0 loss to Al Hilal in the quarter-finals. Al Sadd and El Tunis seem to be evenly matched ahead of the 5th place play-off, and we are tempted to put our money on draw. When the two teams met at the 2011 FIFA Club World Cup Al Sadd recorded a 2-1 win over ES Tunis.
